Eastside Weight Loss is a team of healthcare providers and nutrition coaches focused on creating sustainable lifestyle habits for weight loss and healthy living. We are dedicated, committed and passionate about the pursuit of health for people in our community and have structured a plan/protocol to make the weight loss journey successful.

Disclaimer: Individual weight loss results will vary. Typical weight loss is 1-4 pounds per week based on the clients age, weight and weight loss goals. Many of our clients who complete the program will lose between 10-20% of their total body weight in 60 days. Calorie restriction is required to lose weight and based on several variables including age, weight, and desired weight loss goals/pace.
